Refund Policy

   At Quick Cradle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

   You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

   To start a return, please contact our support team at [support@quickcradle.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Refund Processing

   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds? If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us at [support@quickcradle.com].

Non-Returnable Items

   Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective)

Exchanges

   Need a different item? We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
